Every order on Orange.net is confirmed manually against your payment before it ever leaves our warehouse. No automated card processor sits between you and your parts — just a real check by a real person, so there is no ambiguity about whether your payment has cleared and your order is on its way.
How payment works
At the moment, we accept payment by EFT (electronic funds transfer) only. When you check out, you will receive our banking details along with your order reference. Once your payment reflects in our account, we confirm it against your order and move straight to dispatch — you will not be left wondering whether it went through.
We know EFT means an extra step compared to a one-click card payment, but for a business where a single order can be a rebuild kit worth more than a card limit, it is also the most reliable way for both sides to know exactly where things stand. We are working towards adding card payment options in future.
Your details, protected
Our site runs over a secure, encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection, so any information you share with us in placing an order is protected in transit. We never ask for banking passwords, PINs, or one-time codes — our team will only ever ask you to pay into our published business bank account.
