Dispatch schedule
Orders placed and paid for before Wednesday are dispatched the following Monday for delivery. This weekly dispatch schedule allows us to consolidate shipments and keep freight costs down across our full range of heavy equipment parts.
Tracking & packaging
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Heavy, fragile, or high-value components are packed in reinforced, amply-sized boxes to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and include handling and packaging. To minimise shipping fees, we recommend combining your items into a single order — separate orders cannot be merged after placement, and standard shipping fees will apply to each.
